Northwood Estates is located off of Durant Rd in Valrico, FL 33596, approx. 1 mile north of Bloomingdale Ave. From I-4 E, take Exit 9 to merge onto I-75 S toward Naples. Continue straight for approximately 3 miles, then take Exit 257 to merge onto FL-60 toward Brandon. Continue on FL-60 E for 3 miles, then turn right onto Lithia Pinecrest Rd. Continue straight then turn left onto E Lumsden Rd, then immediately right onto Durant Rd. Continue straight for 3 miles and Northwood Estates will be on the your right.
